Somewhere inside every person, there is a small room. The room is filled with colours and light. Sometimes you’ll meet someone where the door to this room has been opened. You’ll know them if you see them. They have a sparkle in their eyes and they seem to smile a lot more than others you meet. What is it with these people? What have they done? I can tell you… They have been daydreaming and not just that, they followed the signs and noticed the road to their dream.
If you ask people who have a successful business how it all started, you’ll often hear that they had a dream. A plan, a wish… They acted upon it and started thinking about it, telling people and most of all they started to believe in it. The dream became reality.
I know how hard it can be to have a dream and keep believing in it. There are always thoughts that will keep you from going for it. I love the idea of a special day for day dreams. Today is World Dream Day
World Dream Day is the first global participatory holiday held with the express purpose of encouraging individuals, families, schools, businesses and communities to take time to focus on those dreams and turn them into reality.
